You will find down below all the different licenses available on purchase and their content. This should help you decide what license suits you the most. After you purchase one, you will get a contract governing all the terms and conditions, including your rights and obligations.
Licenses come with certain limitations, such as the number of streams, downloads, or other usage restrictions. If you purchase a license that does not fully cover your needs, you can upgrade to a higher-tier license by paying only the difference.

Basic license
What you get
The Basic License is the most affordable option (€29.99). It includes the MP3 and WAV files of the beat you purchased. The MP3 file is delivered in high quality at 192 kbps. The WAV file is provided in 32-bit depth.
The beat comes untagged meaning that there is no protection tags such as "purchase your tracks today". However, my personal tag may remain at the beginning and/or the end of the beat. This is a creative signature giving credit to the producer without altering the composition.
Usage
With the basic license, you are permitted to use the beat for commercial purposes and generate profit. Nonetheless, this is not an exclusive license. This means you will not be the sole authorized user, and the beat will remain available for purchase by others.
Limitations
As mentioned earlier, licenses come with certain limitations. With a Basic License, you may use the beat for as many tracks as you like. However, the total streams across all platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, YouTube Music, Deezer, etc.) must not exceed 50,000. Additionally, you are not permitted to release a music video or visualizer. You may upload your song to YouTube, but it must feature only the album or single cover, not a full video or visualizer.
You are not permitted to resell or redistribute the beat on its own. Commercial use of your tracks containing the beat is allowed, provided it falls within the scope of the license.
Modification, remixing, or sampling of the beat for separate sale or distribution is strictly prohibited. Use of the beat in films, advertisements, or other audiovisual projects requires a higher-tier license.
This license does not transfer copyright ownership of the instrumental.
Obligations
When using the beat under the basic license, you are required to give proper credit to the producer. This means including the producer’s name in the credits of all tracks that feature the beat.
For any video uploads to platforms such as YouTube, the producer must also be mentioned in the video description. This ensures proper attribution while maintaining transparency with your audience.
You must also respect all limitations of the license, including streaming caps, commercial use restrictions, and prohibitions on creating music videos or visualizers. Failure to adhere to these limitations may result in termination of the license.
Finally, you are legally obligated to comply with copyright law by not redistributing, reselling, or modifying the beat for separate sale. All other usage must remain within the terms defined by the license.

The stems are delivered in WAV format and may consist of fully separated tracks or grouped stems (e.g., drums, bass, melodies).
The beat is delivered untagged, meaning no promotional voice tags such as “purchase your tracks today” are included. However, the producer’s personal tag may remain at the beginning and/or end of the beat. This tag functions as a creative signature and producer credit without altering the musical composition.
Usage
With the premium license, you are permitted to use the beat for commercial purposes and generate profit. Nonetheless, this is not an exclusive license. This means you will not be the sole authorized user, and the beat will remain available for purchase by others.

By owning an exclusive license, you are the sole authorized user, and the beat will be removed from the market. However, if people bought basic and premium licenses before you purchased the exclusive license, they won't be excluded from the usage of the track.
The Licensee is permitted to create and distribute visual content (including, but not limited to, music videos and visualizers) incorporating the track.
Limitations
As mentioned earlier, licenses come with certain limitations. With an exclusive license, you may use the beat for as many tracks as you like. The total streams across all platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, YouTube Music, Deezer, etc.) is unlimited.
Upon purchase of the Exclusive License, the Licensee obtains exclusive usage rights to the beat in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
This License grants exclusive commercial exploitation rights but does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright. The Producer remains the sole copyright owner of the beat and its composition.
The Licensee may use, distribute, monetize, perform, and publicly release the beat as part of a new musical work.
The Licensee may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the beat in its original form.
- Claim ownership of the instrumental or its composition.
- Modify, remix, or sample the beat for the purpose of separate resale or standalone distribution.
- Register the instrumental alone in any content identification system.

"Free" license
Any commercial use of a beat obtained under the Free License will result in legal action.
What you get
The Free License provides a low-quality, tagged MP3 file for non-commercial use only. This license is intended solely for evaluation purposes, allowing you to determine whether you wish to purchase a commercial license.
Permitted use
Under the Free License, the Licensee may use the beat strictly for non-profit and non-commercial purposes.
Limitations
As mentioned earlier, licenses come with certain limitations. With a free license, you may use the beat for as many tracks as you like. However, those shall not generate any profit. This excludes distribution across music platforms, Youtube videos, concerts, etc..
Upon purchase of the Free License, the Licensee obtains exclusive usage rights to the beat in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Obligations
You must respect all limitations of the license, including streaming caps, commercial use restrictions, and prohibitions on creating music videos or visualizers. Failure to adhere to these limitations may result in termination of the license.
Finally, you are legally obligated to comply with copyright law by not redistributing, reselling, or modifying the beat for separate sale. All other usage must remain within the terms defined by the license.
Additional clauses
Streaming caps
If streaming limits are exceeded, the Licensee must upgrade to the appropriate license tier within 14 days. Failure to do so will constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in termination of the license and legal action.
Termination clause
In the event of any breach of this agreement, the license shall terminate immediately and automatically without notice. Upon termination, the licensee must immediately cease all use of the beat and remove any content incorporating the Beat from all platforms and distribution channels. The Licensor reserves the right to pursue legal action and seek damages for any unauthorized use following termination.
Governing law & jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Liège.
